    Dean Bozzano
A graduate of Loyola University with an MBA from The University of Chicago, Pre-med LSU and post graduate at AT Still University, he began his career in the consulting group of Arthur Andersen, the largest accounting and consulting firm in the world at the time. He pioneered one of the first implementations of IBM personal computers in enterprise business environments and became a worldwide expert for the firm. His expertise in technology quickly grew leading to numerous consulting and speaking engagements on behalf of the firm and IBM. Transitioning to a role to lead the M&A, Treasury and IT departments at the corporate headquarters of a successful leveraged buyout in the home appliance and construction trade sectors, he developed and implemented some of the earliest commercial applications of value-based management techniques, becoming a recognized authority in Economic Value Added models, presenting strategies for technology-driven analysis at various industry conferences. After a successful leveraged buyout, he returned to Arthur Andersen focusing on health, fitness, nutritional, and food businesses, and was promoted to Partner. He later became COO of a Midwest Venture Capital firm, managing a portfolio of startups focused on technology, education, and food sectors, providing returns exceeding 1000%. His passion for health and nutrition led him back to graduate school and into digital marketing, becoming one of Infusionsoft's first Certified Partners. He co-founded Six Sigma Fitness, a SaaS health technology platform, utilizing Six Sigma methods, eventually leading to the founding of Six Sigma Systems, a digital marketing and business automation company specializing in high data security systems, custom apps and API integrations. Six Sigma Systems is now part of the Qoretx LLC group of companies, adding mortgage banking and real estate to its portfolio of solutions. Within the Qoretx ecosystem, Dean is the author of two Living Textbooks from NeuroFlow Publishing — the venture group's emerging academic-publishing arm: "The Studio Stack," a four-part operating manual on planning, running, and building a multi-business venture studio that compounds, and "Signal & Story — A Marketing Playbook for Reading the Loop," which teaches operating marketers to read the data their analytics platforms capture and translate every signal into the psychological story behind it across the discovery-to-nurture loop. Additionally, he has a rich background in martial arts, holding multiple black belts and studying various disciplines for over 30 years.

Armed with a Business Software Development degree from the University of Phoenix, Bo blends deep technical expertise with strategic vision, transforming ideas into impactful solutions. Outside the boardroom, he's all about family and adventure. Married since 1995, he and his wife have three grown kids (all married themselves). His entrepreneurial journey began in the late '90s when he purchased and grew a company to acquisition by a major corporation. From there, he spent the next decade refining his leadership philosophy—building teams, driving recruitment systems, and mastering the operational side of growth. In 2020, Matt co-founded Prospect Boomerang, a coaching and media platform built to help business owners shift from transactional recruiting to creating cultures of genuine value and retention.
